Fitting Room is committed to respecting and protecting the confidentiality of information shared between Fitting Room, our clients and their customers.

Fitting Room Clients

Fitting Room is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of its clients and any information communicated to or held by Fitting Room.

• All information received by Fitting Room from its client will be kept strictly confidential

• Information communicated orally to Fitting Room shall only be regarded as "Confidential" if
  (i) identified as confidential, proprietary or the like at the time of disclosure; and
  (ii) confirmed in writing within thirty days of disclosure

• Treatment of Confidential Information shall be clearly defined in a Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") signed between Fitting Room and its client

• In no event will information provided to Fitting Room be used for purposes other than the ones for which the client intended

• Fitting Room will keep all client and customer data ("customer data") received in private. Customer data will never be shared across clients

• Any customer data held by Fitting Room will be transferred to the client and deleted from all file systems within 7 business days, if requested to do so by the client in writing

• Any customer data held by Fitting Room will be forfeited to the client, or deleted from all company file systems within 30 business days of the completion of a project, unless Fitting Room is specifically requested to maintain the data by the client

• No client data will ever be sold, used, or transferred to third parties unless explicitly instructed to do so by the client

Privacy of Clients' Customers

Fitting Room understands and appreciates the need to protect the privacy of its clients' customers. That is why Fitting Room maintains strict internal policies that exceed industry standards concerning the privacy of its clients' customers.

• An NDA must be signed between Fitting Room and its client before any customer data is ever received by Fitting Room

• Fitting Room shall put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of campaign data

• No customer databases shall ever be sent via email to a client unless encoded using PGP 128-bit encryption

All work conducted by Fitting Room shall adhere to relevant laws specific to the country/or countries in which the work will run. Such laws include provisions related to customer data collection, usage and disclosure, data subject rights, accuracy and security of customer data collected, and transborder flow of customer data.

Fitting Room reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. Notifications of changes to our privacy practices will occur through one or more of the following communications:

• Clients voluntarily viewing the privacy statement for periodic changes
